As part of our security update we have enforced email authentication as from June 24th. This is being done for your own security and to reduce our outgoing SPAM rate. If you are NOT setup to authenticate outgoing/SMTP mail you will have problems sending/receiving after June 24th.
IMPORTANT: if you lose mail access after June 24th, you can ALWAYS access your mail, receive help and view setup instructions at http://webmail.zol.co.zw

Most importantly, ensure your mail client is set to:
- login using your FULL email address e.g. myname@zol.co.zw You MUST NOT login just as "myname"
- use authenticated SMTP (i.e. you need to tell Outlook to login to SMTP before sending)
If for any reason you find you are unable to send or receive after June 24th, please login via the web interface where you can send/receive and also open a support ticket. http://webmail.zol.co.zw
